This event will bring together the participants and leaders of all four Women Faculty Mentorship Circles for a program on Optimizing Your Professional Network, led by Dr. Ellen Seely, as well as time to network and socialize. dom diversity council quarterly meeting

Tuesday, July 18th, from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

At this meeting, our divisions will present data on the current diversity of their faculty, goals for increasing and/or sustaining their diversity, and strategies and tactics to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We will also discuss scalable best practices, challenges, and resources to support this work.

Health equity innovation Program

The vision of the DOM Health Equity Initiative, which was established in 2017, is to advance the department’s commitment to health equity by engaging key stakeholders within and outside the department in a structural analysis to address health inequities in our department and community, which will inform and influence hospital-level strategy.
